Chili's Grill & Bar

1st, let me say that the Round Rock I-35 Chili's was the best experience we've had in a very VERY long time at any restaurant.
We have ate at many horrible Chili's over the years, across several states. 2 things they all had in common: Bad food, bad service. We've had experiences where fish was brought out frozen and we were told to eat around it. We've had our youngest child hit in the head with a high chair as a waiter lifted it over her when she was 10 months old.
We decided to try out the RR Chilis for the 1st time tonight. Teresa was not only amazing, but very personable and professional. She suggested the perfect sides to the entrees we chose. She balanced multiple tables, checking in on all of us regularly, making time to stop and visit. Never did we feel rushed. She joked around with our kids, who are usually both shy around new people. The food came out quickly and cooked to perfection. The drinks she suggested were mixed well and tasted great. Overall A+ experience. We will be back and we will be referring others.

Food: I ordered the ancho salmon. Just as good as all of the other times I've ordered it from other Chili's locations.

Service: Service was great, checked in just the right amount of times. Not too often, not too sparse.

Location: Easy to get to.

Atmosphere: Welcoming and warm atmosphere, especially during the dinner hours.

Recommend to Family/Friends? I would recommend this place.

Food was great! We were on verge of giving up on chili's because other locations have been horrible! We were so pleased with the food and service at the RR Outlet Mall location and was so sad to hear it closed! Luckily this other RR location has just as great food and and service! Thanks for restoring our faith in Chili's btw if you're ever at this location ask for Dominique aka Dom she awesome!!!! ????

We picked up variety trays for an event at Round Rock High School. Staff quick, professional and friendly. They kept me informed with updates as they completed last minute e preparations. Part of order was missed and they ran to my parking space to stop me so my order was complete. And trays were donated for judges of a high school dance competition. Customer still is number one concern. ...with a huge act of kindness and generosity!!!

I love the 3 for 10 special I always leave very very full. I had a very good visit and had a kind waiter named Darla. I pretty much get the same thing and I always request my burger to be well well done and they seem to meet my expectations every single time. I appreciate great service and I tip very well. No complaints on this visit at this location. I will be back sooner than later.
