Hunan Lion

My friends and family simply love this place... Their portions are HUGE and are very reasonably priced. The food is Delicious I specially like their general Tzos chicken and their sesame seed chicken. I believe they have a $9.99 buffet on Sundays which is actually pretty good, it's not the biggest variety but you definitely get your money's worth.. try it out and hopefully you will get Wah as your waitress, she is simply a hoot and a great server.

Good food, service was ok. No real complaints. They typically don't have a host standing at the front 'desk' but want you to wait to be seated, so you wait to wait to be seated in busy times, but mostly it's not too busy, so you just wait around and wonder if they even know you're there until you're seated.

Loved this place, excellent food, large portions, great prices, nice & attentive waitstaff. Seriously couldn't say more about how fresh and good the food was and we have leftovers to eat tonight! I have not found a good Chinese restaurant since I have been in Texas and am so thrilled that a friend recommended Hunan Lion!

Excellent Chinese Food
I had lunch today with my baby sister. Having never sampled the fare here, I was curious and a bit hesitant. I like REAL Chinese food, but will suffer through the Americanized versions we have today. I was pleasantly surprised.

The Hot and Sour Soup was tasty and not too salty (a plus). I ordered a dish which didn't grace the usual Chinese eatery.. triple meat Mongolian Beef, Pork and Chicken. The dish was superb, the meat tender, the sauce spicy and sweet with plenty of shredded cabbage to compliment the meat. A large bowl of steamed rice was provided. I only succeeded in devouring half of it, saving the rest for a dinner this evening. The portions are generous, the staff is attentive and helpful.

I rate it 5 stars.. on my repeat list for sure.

2nd time coming here with the family and they did not disappoint. Food taste fresh and full of flavor. Large portions for a great price. 1dish can feed 2-3 people depending on their appetite. Waiters are very helpful in helping you decide on what to get and are always there when you need them. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
