I recently purchased a cake for my daughters 1st birthday and I was blown away! We went with vanilla cake and vanilla frosting. Flavor was amazing, texture was so unique and appealing, and the size, while smaller than traditional birthday cakes, was just right.

While I was in the shop picking up the cake, I could smell brownies baking and had to try one. They were amazing as well! My favorite part of both the cake and brownie was that you can actually taste the flavors, not just an overload of sugary sweet like other baked goods.

We we're looking for some gluten free pies for xmas dinner and found Pie Jacked on Google. We called up and ordered ahead based on the good reviews. They were very friendly and had no problems with order. When I picked up the pies I realized I had stopped reading their specialty at gluten free. I saw on the box all the other things the pie didn't have in it and started to worry. A lot of gluten free, allergen free etc foods just aren't very good. They'll get great reviews since their good for what they are but are usually terrible by normal standards. This was not the case at all. Our pies were great. Particularly the apple. The only difference I could tell was the crust. It's more like a shortbread cookie in taste and texture than your standard crust. Not a bad thing, just different. I would recommend their pies even if you don't have a food allergy.
