Red Lobster

One of our favorite places to eat because we don't have one locally. Service is always above excellent...... Food is always fresh and colorful..... Atmosphere is second to none...... Employee morale appears to be stellar

Service was good (Oscar). No wait on a Sunday afternoon was nice also. Mussels were great. Fish and lobster was good and my daughters steak was great. The sirloin I had must have been a bad cut, had a very weird texture like the end cut with loose fatty tendon meat. Same with my wife’s shrimp. The shrimp were strangely soft and had a film on them that made the taste old. They need to cut the tips and pulls the strings on the beans also. We will be back as we have even coming here for years. Wish they would step up the quality a bit though. $93 dollar check for 3 people didn’t taste like like a $100 meal

The wait time was short for a table and once my girlfriend and I sat down at our table, it was all good from there. The food was amazing and the drinks were good too. I ordered the ultimate feast with delicious crab, fried and grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes and rice on the side. Food was hot and tasty. Waitress was very attentive and it’s been a while since I’ve been to a red lobster, but I will be returning for more great experiences.

Arrived around 6:30 on a Friday evening and had to wait about 45 minutes for a seat. Our waiter provided excellent service, was extremely courteous, and super professional. The food arrived hot and in a timely manner. Overall, the experience was great. Love this place!

I went to Red Lobster for my birthday in January of 2019. I got in line through the Red Lobster app on my phone which cut our wait time in half. The food was great, the service was amazing. We were allowed to use two different coupons and the waitress even gave me a free dessert. I'm not talking a scoop of ice cream but a dessert from the menu. They also spared me the happy birthday embarrassment. All in all it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant was clean, our food came out quickly and timely
I would go again. They also have a way on their app to scan your receipt in so you can earn points for free menu items. I suggest you use it along with the getting in line on the way there. It's a win win!
