Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I did hit this location late, within 40 minutes of closing, so I've taken that into consideration. The chicken was scrumptious but the biscuit was pretty hard. They didn't have anymore of my favorite sides (all out)- corn on the cob and red beans and rice, so I substituted, and the substitutions were good. The wait at the pick up window was unusually but incredibly long. I definitely will return though for the best spicy, crunchy chicken of the "fast" food market!!!!

I waited FOUR minutes at the counter (not including the two minutes I stood behind a lady who checked her order and reboxed it before she moved out of the way) before anyone even spoke to me. There were three ladies at the counter, two who stayed at the counter the entire time, and no one even cracked a smile at me until they felt like it. Very disappointed by my first impression at this location.

This was such a good Popeyes! We do the Tuesday special almost every single week, and this time we were a town over and decided to give this location a try. We weren't disappointed a bit! Such a friendly staff, quick service, and hot food!

I visited this location this evening, and it turned out to be a busy night for the young ladies working there. They were short-handed it seemed, with only 3 employees that I could see. But I was greeted immediately by the young lady working the counter, who told me that she would be with me in just a moment. After waiting a few minutes, the young lady apologized for the wait and took my order. She was nice enough to accept a photo of a coupon that I had left at home. She informed me that there would be a slight wait on the spicy chicken, and I told her no problem. She offered me and my son cups to grab a drink while we waited. After awhile, she brought our order out to us, apologizing again for the wait, and told me she had put a couple extra pieces of chicken in the box for me. I just want to commend this young lady for her exceptional customer service. I did not mind waiting at all because she was so nice and did everything she could to make me feel appreciated as a customer. Also, my order was perfect despite the employees being under a lot of pressure tonight. Thanks for the great customer service, I will definitely return!
