    Not much fast food is made to order but that seems to be the case with Jack

    Convenient location but not so great food. I visited this location a few times recently and they either forgot something or got something wrong each time. The food was ok at best. Again this is a location issue. I've had great food and service and other locations. Needs improvement!

    Unfortunately the car in front of me at the drive thru had a large order that took a good 15 minutes. If I had been able to get out of the line I would have.
    While the fries were hot the burger was stone cold. It must have been cooked as soon as I ordered then it sat in the bag.
    Everything was otherwise very good. If Jack in the Box had procedures to instruct drivers whose orders will take say more than 5 minutes, to move out of line, it would've been better. I along with the 6 cars waiting behind me would've been much happier
