Oh my goddd, I can’t describe this place with the most delicious BBQ, I’ve been there 6 years ago and had a chance to come back here again with my wife. We could’ve stop eating. I tried beef rib and it was the best. Don’t miss it when you are heading to Waco. Highly recommend it.
There's not much I can really say that could do the place justice, it's just absolutely world class Texas barbecue. There's a reason the James Beard Foundation named them an American Classic. This isn't a stop by if you're in the area kind of place, it's a make a trip specifically out to enjoy some delicious food.
This is my favorite barbecue place. They have amazing brisket and they don't serve it with sauce to cover up the flavor. Their meat stands on its own. Forget about going to that overly popular place in Austin where you'll wait in line for an ungodly amount of time. Come here where the wait time is reasonable and the barbecue is the best. This place also has an authentic BBQ place feel with the smoke colored walls and the picnic benches inside. Plus, it's a beautiful scenic drive to get here.
Honestly the best tasting barbecue I’ve had! Everything was well worth the price for the amount of food you get. Super fast line and friendly staff. Will definitely be back! The atmosphere was amazing and hey, really great free barbecue smells!
Brisket and turkey was very good. The spare ribs had a weird taste. I thought they were just going to be salt and pepper but they were not. It had some other seasoning and I didn't care for the ribs flavor. That turkey though, delicious. The food is also pricey!
