Bill Miller Bar-B-Q

Need to have this place down around my area. My wife & I eat here all the time when we're in the San Antonio area. We really enjoy the food and service that they offer at Bill Miller's Bar-B-Q. And the prices are within our budget

Always courteous and the people are great. Mornings often come with a nice little surprise if you order some breakfast. Decent prices and very quick on most days.

Bill Millers is usually a fast, tasty option. Sometimes the flavor is hit-or-miss, however. If you go too late in the day, some items seem to be watered down or thinned out because they clearly have started running out and are trying to make them stretch until the end of the day - like soup, dressing, or the gravy. Doing so not only affects the texture but also affects the flavor. Also, the portion sizes have gone down all the prices have gone up. I don't necessarily think it is the best buy in town anymore.

Bill Miller is BBQ, but did you ever have their fried chicken? Well I did and it was FANTASTIC! The breading is crispy, and flaky. Not greasy. The chicken is juicy and flavorful. The plate came with 2 breasts and one side. I am not a fan of their vinegar slaw...blech! The potato salad was good.
