    WOW THE BEST BBQ IN TEXAS ! KTS WAS A WONDERFUL HOST HE SHOWED RESPECT TO ME and as a COMBAT VETERAN, A VETERAN POLICE OFFICER THAT MEANS ALOT ! GO BY AND VISIT KTS ON HWY 181 GOING TOWARDS FLORESVILLE, LOOK TO YOUR RIGHT AND SEE HIS NICE YELLOW SIGNS THAT INVITE YOU IN TO SAVOR HIS DELICIOUS BBQ !

    As always top notch bbq...Ken and Sylvia down home folk, rest of staff very friendly and courteous. Ribs meat falls right off the bone, brisket top notch, chicken finger licken good!! All sides top notch. Definately worth the trip on 181!!
