It was good sorry to anyone that missed it and it is missed.

A hidden gem. We literally stopped just because they had a salad bar. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak sandwich. Not only was it huge, but the batter was homemade and perfect. I ordered a fried catfish dinner and the salad bar. I could have honestly only eaten from the salad bar, it was so good. The catfish batter was very tasty, but at the end of the day, it was still a catfish dinner. Very delicious! I live about an hour away and I'll definitely be making a trip just to go back.

DFW'S BEST KEPT SECRET FOR DOWN HOME COOKING! I've passed by this place tons of times but never stopped in until the new management took over since I noticed there started to be more cars than ever before. This is AMAZING food. Great prices - I was able to feed myself and 3 kids with drinks and desserts and leftovers cheaper than any other restaurant I've been to. The atmosphere is great, owner is friendly, food is flavorful and filling, and so many local vendors are able to feature their stuff. This is honestly one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in a LONG TIME... can't wait to go back again!

This restaurant has new owners. During the last couple of months they have improved the quality of the food, the staff, and the atmosphere of the restaurant. New items have been added to the specials and the salad bar is amazing. The staff is awesome and works great together to bring a desireable dining experience. If you have never been or haven't been in a while, I highly recommend giving it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Food was good. Very good salad bar selection. Prices were reasonable. Staff was excellent. The food is mainly greasy spoon cafe options, mostly fried. The parking is just a gravel lot and not organized. The restaurant smelled like smoke when we walked in. Never saw any smoke, just smelled that way.
