The Raven

Absolutely amazing. We got seated quickly no waiting on drinks or apps it was perfect timing. Dee was our waitress she is so on it kept our glasses full had wonderful conversation with us. The food was to die for, 3 of us got the hand cut 14oz ribeye worth every penny. The Mac and cheese is fire according to my 17 year old my Husband got the club and it was more than filling. We will definitely be back. I'd rather go there than Roadhouse any day.

What a breath of fresh air. I was told they were already open and decided to go for lunch this last Saturday. A young lady nicknamed "Cat" took great care of me. From the salad to lunch options all the way down to dessert. I went for the small portion of fresh fried catfish and piping hot as it arrived was more than enough for lunch and took home the rest. The salad was on point same as the okra and the homemade mashed potatoes, skin on just as I like them yet silky smooth. Thanks "Cat" for such as great first experience as I assure you that I will be back. Keep up the great work and customer service and good luck to all of you at "The Raven" with this new venture. Went in for dinner with my family and had a wonderful meal. Everything was correct with our order and cooked to satisfaction. Steaks and loaded baked potatoes where delicious. Highly recommended and will definitely go again.

The salmon was a tad undercooked but not terrible yet lacked flavor added salt and lemon fixed the issue. The chips and salsa were okay. The chicken fried steak was completely gamey and resistant to my teeth could not eat. Other then that the sides (mashed potatoes, okra, Mac and cheese, and salad) were excellent, and the waitress and hostess were excellent and very nice and helpful.

I have visited twice.
1. Chicken fried steak w mashed potatoes and fried okra. It was very good.
2. Patty melt with fries and mac n cheese. Very disappointed w the melt. Sides were good.
