Little Frilly's Tex-Mex

I ate there recently with family members who are very picky about food. I ordered my favorite Tex Mex dish: chicken enchladas in sour cream sauce, refried beans and rice. All portions were clearly fresh made and very tasty. My enchiladas were full of well seasoned white chicken meat, the rice was fluffy with a mild flavor and the pinto beans were chunky but soft. They were not greasy or salty - truly homemade. The homemade salsa was thick and flavorful with a good amount of heat. The waitress also brought out samples of their pablano sauce and tomatillo sauce. My son in law and l couldn't decide which we liked better. We quickly finshed off al the sauces. The disapponting part of the whole meal was the salsas was served with Tostidos round corn chips. That could be because we ate right after a large lunch crowd and they had run out of a few things.
