Villa Grande Ranch

This place is great! We had the loaded queso, and split combo fajitas. Their margaritas are excellent and they have a nice selection of tequila. I loved the decor, lighting, and layout of the restaurant felt really good, and I love the open kitchen. Their staff is great, bartender was very friendly and funny. We sat at the bar and ate and got food and drinks fast. Will be back!

We have really enjoyed each of our trips to a Villa Grande location, but this one seems a bit sub par. The menu is much smaller. The staff, for the most part, were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The kitchen had no problems meeting a few little requests. Food uality seemed to be a tad below what we've experienced at other locations. We like to decor changes very much. OK, so the "for the most part" comment.... The table at which we were seated is very close to a rail fence that separates one section from another. There was not a lot of space between my wife's back and the rail. Yet, one server insisted on passing through that "shortcut" every time. It was very bothersome. Finally we pulled an extra chair into the space. If they read this, perhaps a training moment is in order. All said, we will definitely be back.... it's Decatur after all.

New place that just opened in Decatur. It was delicious. House margarita were nice and sweet. I hope they stick around for a while. I'm looking forward to many more visits. Miriam the bar tender is awesome and sees to it that her customers are very well taken care of.
