Love the food here! Had the crab legs and they were very tasty!

Went to support our friend Jimmy Stephens for his first night performing there. All I have to say is that if you read a negative review, just know that those people probably complain about everything in their life.
The service was a bit slow but they were packed and the owner was on a catering job. It was worth the wait for sure. And to think that the prices were good for great Cajun food, means we can stay local and not always have to go to Fort Worth. We finally meet "the Kid" when he got back, and he's a really nice guy.
And as for those who say this isn't authentic Cajun cuisine, I can tell you that it is. I lived in Louisiana and this is as real as it gets. The crawfish étouffée rivals any étouffée (including mine - which is pretty darn good! ????).
If you haven't been here, you really should try it.

Been to Cajun Kid twice, both times for a music show. I do not eat that kind of food, but have heard everyone say its good. Always appears busy. Wait staff/kitchen staff are awesome and the owver appears to be as well. 5 stars only for atmosphere, staff, music and services. Have had the food.
