The Creamery Kitchen

It’s a nice place but very crowded and quite pricey. You wait in a long line just for them to tell you they are out of the product (not sure how a creamery is out of their own cheese for a basic cheese plate) and it isn’t posted anywhere. I’m all for supporting local but this place could be better run, appears more of a tourist trap to me. Ice cream is fair.

The ice cream is remarkable. It has a really nice texture and it's clear that they know what they are doing. The restaurant food is good enough but I wouldn't make a special trip to eat it. You are better off eating elsewhere and just stopping by for desert. Also, they are really busy so expect to wait 20 minutes to get to the counter to place your order. I'm not a patient person, so the fact that I am willing to wait for this ice cream - repeatedly - is strong evidence of just how good this ice cream is.

We stopped 2 times in a week on our trip up and back to Montana. The Cafe is supper good we've tried the Pizzas, the Mac and Cheese (you can ask for no bread crumbs if you aren't a fan) the turkey pesto sandwich is good but the short ribs grilled cheese is out of this world. The ice cream is yummy and was a huge hit with my 14 &16 year Olds. Then cheese to take home what more could you want.

Wow! This place is legit. Great kids menu items and they gobbled down the Mac n cheese and the grilled cheese. The adult mac n cheese portion was huge but no one minds some left overs! Would highly recommend the trek off the highway to stop here. Didn’t even have a chance to take a picture of our food it was that great!

If your traveling I-15 and don’t stop here you are missing a real treat. Food is top notch. Fun store with home decor and unique snacks and cheeses. Of course - the creamery is simply decadent. Got so busy eating I forgot to take pictures….again!!! Next time.
