Valerie's Taco Shop

The place in Utah. Travel to the area occasionally for various reasons and always make sure to stop at this shop for some tasty burritos. Don’t let the fact that it’s in a gas station dull your experience. The food is primo and they know what they are doing!

We stopped in for a breakfast burrito at Valerie’s Taco Shop in Beaver, Utah and it was the best breakfast burrito I have had in years! I ordered mine with potatoes, eggs, cheese and sausage. Just perfect, not greasy at all. The red hot sauce is so yummy, just the right amount of heat. My husband ordered his with bacon and he said it was so yummy as well. They are huge! They serve breakfast burritos all day too, so add bonus. I will definitely eat here again when I am in Beaver.

I'd love this place but they wouldn't let us buy an 8 oz cup of salsa. They gave us a few extra small cups but you can't dip a chip in a ketchup cup!
I stop here just about every time I drive through Beaver just to get a burrito. They are awesome. If you can't wait for one at Valerie's, they have some grab and go burritos in the hot case up at the Flying J cashiers.

Excellent truck stop taco shop. I usually avoid truck stop food at all costs. I saw a guy eating his tacos and had to give it a try. Can't believe how good their shrimp tacos were. Their hot sauce was awesome I would put them in my top 10 taco shops and I will be back...
