    Placed a mobile order on a Friday; one ? and medium fry. Drive-thru line was not long and the lobby was closed. Took almost ten minutes to receive. I said nothing but "Thank You." He apologized that the order took so long when delivered to my car.

    Kind of him to let me know he 'noticed' too.

    Regrettably seeming forgotten after arriving for delivery is common for McDonald's the last three trips.

    This is my first time to this location.

    The food is good, the customer service I'd rate a 2. They get the orders wrong allot of don't give all the food I ordered and when I go back for the right order their snappy.
