Sage House

Owner is the nicest guy and I respect what he’s doing — just not my favorite sushi. It’s nice Brigham City has an option like this though, and I don’t regret trying it out at all. Just probably won’t go back.

It was my first time at this cute little location. Food was delicious and service was phenomenal. Not really any good sushi places around till now. Highly recommend

Saved this hidden gem for a rainy Saturday evening dinner date, special vibe soon as we walked in the door. We were met with welcoming faces and handmade service. Menu was easy to navigate and we took in the modern tones and aromas as we waited. Smoke on the water and Argonaut were great rolls, excited for a return visit….

Love this place! Don’t let the humble appearance on the outside fool you, this is top notch sushi. Ordered many different rolls and they were all awesome. Very friendly and talented owners!

The owner, Patrick, is a fantastic human being, and his energy comes through in the quality of the food and the atmosphere of Sage House.

Unassuming from the outside, you'd be forgiven for overlooking Sage House, as it doesn't scream at you with flashing lights and bright colors, instead opting for a more subtle, quiet but welcoming aesthetic.

Inside, the small space is radiating with a sense of purpose, the green of plant life crawling in your peripherals and a wave of cool, refreshing air just waiting to welcome you in embrace.

Patrick's passion for life and for his craft shows in the unique menu. I tried the Komodo Dragon Rolls, a spicy custom roll that Patrick was visibly excited to prepare and which was served lovingly with a visually appealing and carefully crafted aesthetic.

Each bite of the rolls was pure perfection, from the texture and flavor of each ingredient to the combined experience. The individual elements were distinct and noticable, yet they all also worked together to create a symphony of delicious joy.

I hope I can come here again the next time I am in the area. If you get a chance, I would highly recommend you stop in and give it a try. The sushi is superb, the energy refreshing, and the company exquisite. 💙🍣🍙
