Mollie's Cafe

Nice roadside place if you're traveling from Twin Falls to SLC. But how often does that happen. Place could use some TLC. My guess is the regulars are really regular. Food was abundant and decent.

So continuing on going home we worked a gig job and said to ourselves, it’s time to eat, lol

We found this place on Google and was so glad we stopped

Holy moly, this place was amazing … I pray that places like this never goes away

The food was unbelievably delicious and the staff here was so super awesome sauce

Tons of cool Coke vintage items on display. Candles for sale that smell amazing. Cute tumblers from minis to paw prints to clorox bleach.
The fries are made from real potatoes and cooked to perfection. The sandwich looked like it was made for the menu photo shoot, in other words it looked picture perfect. Most importantly though it tasted amazing!! Service was great, our server was friendly and took good care of us. We didn't have to wait too long for the food but it definitely wasn't rushed. We will definitely be going back. One last thing, you may need to adjust the fry sauce. I liked it but my hubby had to add ketchup to it. I'm not giving away the secret to how they make it but it's not just the standard sauce you get in Utah ( I could be wrong about what they make it with. It could be just like everywhere else. It tastes different to us though)

Great small town food! Well priced, friendly staff, and cute coke-a-cola decor. Enjoyed a ham and cheese omelette with hash browns and toast.

Great road side diner. Service is the best! Good quality food and lots if it.
