After a week in Texas, we were still in the mood for BBQ. The sausage had a nice amount of heat. The brisket was well seasoned and tender. The coleslaw was as described and refreshing. The baked beans were very flavorful. And that potatoe salad was unique and yummy! It all went well with the wine from Texas.

Utah is not known for bbq, and good bbq is even rarer. Everything I ordered from here was happily gobbled up. Great smoky flavor and spices. Strong recommend from me for a quick detour to here.

Not a lot of dine in options so you'll likely have to get your food to go, but I am satisfied just eating in my vehicle and will definitely do so again.

Dude, this place was great!! Really cute little Mom and Pop shop decorated all country style. Staff were really nice and kind. Its got a family feel to the place.
    Loved it❤️
I had a brisket sandwich. The brisket was great and they make pretty good bbq sauce, too. It had a lot of meat on it. They served it on a hoagie roll. I would have preferred a regular burger bun. I'll have to see if they have em next time. It was good enough that I ordered another half pound of brisket and a half pound of rib tips to go!! Mac n cheese was nothing to write home about.
The peach cobbler was really good as well. I gave that a try with a scoop of ice cream on top🥰
    Highly recomend this place!!🤘🤘

If you're driving along I-15 and passing through Tremonton and want a place where you can get an amazing meal and a welcoming atmosphere... Pull off now and drive straight here.

Really, really good BBQ. They embrace the fact that it's North Carolina-style BBQ and honestly I love that. It's good to have a variety of styles here in Utah because it's freaking hard to find good BBQ restaurants here. We drove from Ogden and it was well worth the drive.

The sausage was the best thing we ate, but that's not to downplay how good the ribs and brisket were as well. But the sausage was just amazing. Had enough heat to it to taste it, but to not be overwhelming. Ribs were as moist as I've ever tasted and the brisket was soft and really good too. The variety of sauces were amazing and they gave you plenty.

We had potato salad and coleslaw for sides and the potato salad was probably the best I've ever tasted.

Peach cobbler and chocolate cake for dessert. The cobbler was off the charts good- just enough cinnamon to not overwhelm, but add plenty of flavor. The chocolate cake was more like sheet cake with frosting- also really good.

Clearly a family-run establishment and it shows in the care they give to everything. I will be bringing people back!

Last thing- I really enjoyed the variety of root beers they had in the cooler. It was the biggest root beer selection I've seen anywhere!

The Mac and cheese with pulled pork is the best! Add the mustard sauce and you'll be asking for more! The cornbread is so good!
