Hyrum Chevron

This is a review of the breakfast and lunch station inside the Hyrum Chevron. I have not tried their breakfast menu but my wife and I went in for lunch. I want to start off by saying that there fries are very good - if I went back it would just be for the fries. The burgers were mediocre and lacked flavor. I got the pastrami burger and it came with a small, thin slice of pastrami. My wife got the mushroom Swiss and it only had three small mushrooms on it.
The service was not very friendly and was borderline rude. One of the workers was eating a plate of food near the cooking area and it was not professional. There are a few table to eat at in the station and the tables were clean.

The service is consistently rapid, great ambience, friendly employees. I will eat here again when I arrive in the area.

The Hyrum Chevron has been a great gas station over the years, the people their seam to do their job with pride. The gas pumps are pretty new and the gas seems to be of good quality. I remember when it was Minute Mart and though the name on the store changes the people seem to stay the same.

I was really impressed with the restaurant hidden in this Chevron! Hyrum doesn't have many places to eat so I was excited that we had a grill in town. And the food is better than any burger joint I've tried in Logan. The breakfast sandwiches are incredible, the beer batter fries are as good as beehive grills, and the burgers are better. There is a lot of variety as well so definitely give them a try!

My favorite gas station by far the Kendrick family run a fine business here in hyrum and take care of you. Also love Krystal and Ashle that work the register and cook they are good fun and are always nice to talk to !!!
