I would come back for maybe a quick lunch, but it’s pretty obvious that customer service is not their top priority. The kid that helped us seemed like maybe as he grills dogs, he stands and considers his life choices. Being our first time, we weren’t familiar with ordering and whatnot, and our new permanently “meh” friend didn’t make any effort to help us 🤷🏻‍♀️

It was fine. The polish dog and fries I got were exactly as expected. Not bad, not great, just a slightly above average hotdog and lightly seasoned fries.

I was underwhelmed by the topping choice. No chili, cheese, or any number of popular toppings. I just felt like the limited menu leaves open a big opportunity for excellent toppings that they are just missing at the moment.

The inside was clean and very empty. It's a nice space, but they could take up half of their building and still have too much room. Employees were polite and the food came out quick. (not like cooking a hotdog takes much time anyway)

If you're really craving a hotdog and don't feel like cooking one yourself, I guess this is a good option.

I love J.Dawgs. Probably a little too much. They've got grilling a good dawg down to a science. The special sauce is just that, special. The fries might be the best in the Valley. Seriously. They also have Diet Coke & Mountain Dew in the fountain so you get the best of both worlds. The food is always great. I go way too often, to the point that I now know employees by name. Speaking of which, they have awesome people. Spencer, in particular, is a true dawg; super friendly, makes conversation, and doesn't make you feel dumb for eating hot dogs at a high clip.

The dogs are definitely not worth the $6 price tag. The beef dog tasted like an oversized cheap grocery store hotdog, it had that bad aftertaste and everything. At $6 just go buy hotdogs and cook them yourself.

However, their fries are the saving grace. Somehow those fries are absolutely delicious, and for $4 they give you a bag and basically fill it up, reminiscent of Five Guys.

If you’re thinking about eating here definitely skip the dogs and go straight for the fries.

I went to J.Dawgs for lunch on opening day. The restaurant is very clean and open, they've done a great job with the aesthetic. The menu is more simple than I thought it would be, which isn't a bad thing, but it was surprising. I feel like the price is pretty competitive, an $8 high quality lunch is hard to come by. I also appreciate that tax is built into the prices you see on the menu, I wish more places did this. I feel like their fries are the signature item though. They are seasoned perfectly and I would never not get them, you don't even need fry sauce (though they do include it). The dawgs are great as well, the sauce they use adds quite a bit of flavor. Overall a very solid experience, I'm glad they are in Logan.
