Prodigy Brewing

We are new to Logan and heard this is a place for a good pint and good food. We walked over from the hotel and ordered a beer, pretzels with cheese and mustard, and fried pickles. The beer was good and refreshing and the food came hot and very tasty.

I love the creativity put into making this historic downtown building into a brewery and family-friendly restaurant. The scenery is amazing. The service is great. Food comes out hot and fresh and quickly.
I didn't love how raw the burger was, but that was my own fault. I saw on the menu that they are all cooked to medium temperature and I forgot to request it to be cooked longer. The flavor was great, however.

Decent food and atmosphere. We ordered the dill chicken sandwich and burger. Just wasn’t the best food I’d ever ordered and was a little disappointed in the truffle fries… those were very oily to the point where we felt a little gaggy afterwards. Not the best but not the worst. Wished I could give a better review to support the local place more!

So first time in on a Saturday night for date night. We had such a wonderful meal, we were not rushed off the table like most places in Logan. Service was AMAZING! Our waiter was nice and attentive. The place was pretty busy but we still felt like we were important. This type of pub is where you go to slow down and enjoy the food and the company. The atmosphere is comforting. I loved seeing quite a few little kiddos. We had the Beer Cheese Appetizer! Absolutely great pairing with the veggies, chips and the pretzels! I had the Prodigy Coffee Stout Nitro, it was Smooth and Creamy. My wife had the Bartender Roulette she was delighted with the Custom Cocktail. We both enjoyed the All American Bacon Cheeseburger. They were happy to accommodate a Keto Friendly version for me. Coupled with the Truffle Fries and the Side Salad with the Vinaigrette (you could tell the Vinaigrette was from scratch and absolutely delicious) The Prices are absolutely on par for the obviously well handcrafted food!

The burgers were good, fries were good as well, same for the nachos - turns out I've finally accepted that I'm really not a fan of beer cheese.
The service was disappointing, we were right across from the bar where our server could see us, it wasn't a peak time of day, yet he seemed to ignore us. After waiting several minutes and we couldn't get his attention for the bill we walked to the front to pay it and he acted as though he didn't even know who we were... I usually try not to give local businesses poor reviews because I know how hard it is to survive, but we won't be back due to the poor service.
