What's good? Everything. Filling? Absolutely. The sourdough is the best I've had and I absolutely will go out of my way to get sandwiches and bread.
So delicious, especially if you can find them out at an event and get a sandwich. Tried the breakfast sandwich and the roastbeef with the pesto mayo. Filling, good price, and tastes sooooo good.
We love thier hamburger buns, their so soft but strong enough to hold up to a real thick burger. The sourdough is the strongest tasting compare to most of the breads in the valley. Just the way we personally like it.
What's good from Stong's? Everything. Everything is good. Where's the best place to get it? Anywhere. At the gardeners market, Island Market, and even in a lot of the best breakfast and lunch places. If you see him at the market ask for sandwich recommendations, he's got a passion for spreads and is fun to talk to. And if you need a place to start get the rolls, but expect to run out by day 2.
I had the awesome pleasure of living next door to Matt in college when he started making and selling bread. I got his bread fresh every week and it would be devoured very quickly! His bread is hands down the best bread I’ve ever had! I’m in Salt Lake now and unfortunately can’t have his bread weekly anymore. I had a dream the other day craving his bread and knew I had to get on here to write a review about the bread I still crave to this day years later. If he ever expands to the salt lake valley I will definitely be a loyal customer once again!
