Great buffet. The salad bar has over 20 items, including fruit. The hot line has some really yummy dishes. Flank steak day great. (I'm on an email list so I know what they are serving each day) Red velvet cake balls are so good. I like peaches and cream specialty drink. The soups of the day are also good choices. The chef is good about listing what items are vegetarian. I dine at The Skyroom often.

Very interesting dishes served here, and they're always changing. My coworkers and I appreciate the emailed menu at the beginning of the week so we can plan which day to come. Fantastic salad bar, and a great view of the mountains. Most of the dishes are really good, but there's occasionally something super strange, and the quality of service varies a lot depending on when you come. Still, we'll be back!
