So me and my buddy Josh go to check out Marcos which we heard was a cheaper alternative to little Caesars. It’s not. We go in to Marcos and check out the menu. The 6’4’ plus middle aged man who I can only assume is Marco asks for the phone number for the order. I reply “we’re not sure if we are gonna order yet, we’re just checking out the menu”. Marco looks at us annoyed with a hand up in exasperation. “No what’s the number for the order” he replies at a higher volume. Me and my boy, already weirded out, examine the menu and find out it is NOT cheaper that the 5 dollar price point of a classic little Caesars pep pizza. Not a problem if we weren’t broke college students, but we are, so we left. While in the car pulling out, we see Marco has emerged from the kitchen, traveled past the counter, and is watching us leave from just inches behind the storefront windows. He looked betrayed that we didn’t tell him that we were leaving or that he had already entered our phone number in the system even though we told him we weren’t sure if we were gonna order. Just thought you all, as customers, should know the high stakes when considering whether or not to purchase a pizza in front of Marco. Nevertheless, we did not partake of their pizza this night, which is why it is unconscionable for us to leave anything other than a 5 star review.

I agree with other reviews that this pizza is a better choice then most others. Plenty of toppings, good quality of cheese and great crust. I plan on being a recurring customer to try their other pizzas. My only complaint is that I somehow got two tomato ends on my pizza with the hard piece attached. I usually discard this part in my own cooking and I removed them from my pizza.

I saw them new on Door Dash and wanted to try them, so I ordered. The pizza was a real step up from what's available in Logan. Good stuff. So I went to the website, set up an account and tried to order pizza. Their website is buggy -- it shows every custom pizza as a cheese pizza. I tried two browsers so I know it wasn't me. I went through the whole sign up and registration process, put a nice order together only to find out that since I live in Smithfield they won't deliver to me (5.7 miles away). Grrrr. So, back to Door Dash. Not only was it more expensive, of course, the simple thin crust Salami pizza I wanted could not be made through Door Dash because Salami is not on their Door Dash menu. Needless to say, it's a shame I have to actually go into the Logan to eat Marco's pizza. During a pandemic that's a lousy thing. Marcos needs to get their online act together. Tonight my food order went to another restaurant. **Added 9/19/20** In response to my review the owner asked that I go to a website to directly leave Marco's feedback. I felt that was his responsibility but I did it anyway hoping it would help get a response. That was almost two weeks ago. There has been no response, furthering my opinion that Marco's does not have it's digital act together. It's disappointing the lack of care shown by a group who has a lot of competition. As much as I enjoyed the food, I can't trust it. I'm a small business and nothing is more important to me than my customer. I wish Marco's felt the same. Movin' on and I would recommend you move on too. **

I went during lunch, waiting time is about 15 to 30 minutes. The staff is courteous. I ordered the local Pepperoni pizza and cinnamon bits. My pizza tasted superb, well seasoned with delicious, just slightly oily. My only critique is though my cinnamon bits were cooked perfectly, I did not get any glaze, and my cinnamon bits tasted a bit like cheese. An honest mistake, but one that puts me off from trying their dessert menu.

Really good pizza and cheese bread, but not the best in town. And can be a bit expensive for what you get.
