Some old style tavern with great cooked western food. Was a little more on the expensive side, but there was so much food! And they served full multiple course meal, with fresh baked bread, a soup and a salad, as well as your main meal. It was awesome and wouldn't hesitate to stop in again on my way through.
Stumbled across a little place called Wellington on a road trip across the USA 🇺🇸 - Cowboy kitchen was recommended to us from a local, so we gave it a go. They did not disappoint! Comfy chairs to start, if a little worn. A nice quick service with one of the best most flavoursome soups I've ever had and a nice warm loaf brought out to accompany it. The steak fingers I had to start were perfectly cooked and my main of a medium rare burger was cooked to perfection. Honestly, if you find yourself stopping nearby or even just passing through Wellington, this place is worth your time to stop and eat. Thanks to all at cowboy kitchen. As for portion size, you won't be disappointed.
We stayed the night at a local rv park while passing through on our way to Salt Lake City. This place was recommended to us so we gave it a try. Excellent food and service. The home made bread and soup was delicious. The burgers were brilliant and portion sizes were huge. Would highly recommend this place if you are in town.
This restaurant is a diamond in the desert. Looking for a place to eat while town, do not skip this restaurant. Food was delicious and the portions are big and very affordable. The service received by the waitress was excellent. It may not look like a five Star restaurant like the big cities from the outside, but it's definitely a place to go. Steak was juicy and delicious. We were a group of 9 and they were able to accommodate our group and feed us pretty quickly.
I LOVED this place! The atmosphere is very cozy and they have a coal burning stove running giving it a rustic smell. Employees were very friendly and catered to us. The homemade bread is AMAZING! It's very soft and is a must have. The prices may seem high, but the portions are HUGE! Everything is homemade from the fries to the gravy. The curly fries were so delicious and didn't require any ketchup. We played two rounds of pool in the back after our meal which was a nice way to end the day. If you're every in the area, you need to eat at this gem. The outside may not look the best, but it's a must stop.
