If you love meat, you will love Smokin Bones BBQ. Great prices, great location in Bountiful, Utah. I am a repeat customer, many times over. When my brother comes in town from Arizona, we love to go eat there. Always great services and delicious food.

Delicious brisket!!! It was a great place to eat and meet with a friend. The staff, although busy, was nice and extremely prompt. The food was perfect. This is an excellent, stereotypical BBQ joint and is on my go-to list.

Pretty good bbq with nice options for sides. Nothing really jumped out to distinguish it from any other good BBQ joint. I have been here a few times and it was always pretty good. I need to try some other sides to maybe get a better appreciation for the place, but none of their sides jump out as something unique and hard to find. If I could make a recommendation, perhaps toss in some fried cauliflower, or something uncommon, plenty southern, and good. That could elevate it. As it stands now it is a quality BBQ place that is on par with others but doesn't have that distinguishing something that would make me pass by an R&R or some other quality place to go here.

Service
When ordering they gave me the option to ask for more fat or less. They also cut the kid’s sandwich in half so I could share it between my two kids. At the end of the meal we were packing up our food and one of the employees offered to take our trays when they saw us struggling with the kids and the food - excellent service.

Food
The macaroni and cheese could use some salt, and the corn bread was a bit dry, but other than that, everything was delicious. The baked beans were thick and sweet. The pork and brisket were moist and well barbecued with a smokey flavor. The meat was best eaten along with the sauce which was plentiful. The portion sizes were large for the price - really good food.
