(August 25, 2020, 1:08 am)Just went through the drive through and got AMAZING customer service!! Seriously, the best customer service I’ve received in at least a year! The man working drive through around 6-7pm on 8/24/2020 deserves a raise if he isn’t already the GM/owner.

Even had a nice message on the bag thanking me for coming in. It’s the little things that make the big differences. Glad I was able to compliment the manager Ryan as I was in the drive through, and I hope this helps them as well. This is my favorite Taco Time to go to.

no big deal, until we got home and this abomination was 1 of the 'beef' burritos lol had to peel it off the paper and it fell apart, yuck.
went back after realizing they were both bean and the manager, I'm guessing, took care of it right away and threw in some cinnamon twists :) -
