I don't know what time zone they are on, but it's difficult to get at hot sub. They tell me they are open to 5 pm. I get there are 4:15. All of the food is put away. I tried to speak to someone about it. Their response is "we are supposed to be open until 7 pm so they could stop serving food by 5 and have everything cleaned up by 6" . Does that make sense to anyone else? And who made the decision that putting the doughnut case was a smart choice. Utah has 100 degrees in the afternoon which is magnified by the sun and the doors opening numerous times every hour. Not everyone works 9 am to 5 pm.
This is our neighborhood Maverick. I would not recommend the hot food section to anyone. On 3 different occasions I have gotten food that was not cooked or ice cold. I was in a hurry once and ask for a missing item. The lady said she was just finishing up cooking them. I wait aprox 1 minute and handed me the French toast. I rushed to the checkout, then ran to the car. Half way to the freeway I realized the French toast was not cooked. Why would she make me wait for a raw food item? I didn't mention I was in a hurry and asked nicely. Odd. Also they don't carry glass bottled mountain dew or Henry Weinhard's Rootbeer. Both items were exchanged for unknown and bitter glass bottle sodas. LAME
