Jersey Mike's Subs

This service was TERRIBLE, the first person who took our order had glasses and a beard didn’t ask what kind of bread we wanted and was quite rude when taking the first part of our order, he later on was yelling at a customer over the phone making it an even worse atmosphere than it already was. The lady making the sandwich’s was incredibly RUDE there was absolutely no communication about the sandwich’s me and my partner ordered. I couldn’t even tell if she had our sandwich’s on the board because she had multiple other sandwich’s on there as well. The only person that did incredible was the worker named Sawyer, he was patient and kind, and even amongst all the stress of rush hour remained calm, he checked us out he even joked with my partner about the gift card we had just to cheer us up a bit, he was later doing everything else being told in a rude manor what to do by other coworkers. There was absolutely no communication in the staff, and a lot of drama starters, instead of them focusing on their busy work environment.

We had a rough first experience, but the manager resolved it via email and we were happy to give them another shot. They did so much better this time! They were quick, polite, and very friendly! The sandwich was great and I love that they have Stubborn sodas (I just wish they had more flavors)
