First time to Cupbop. I loved the food but trying to communicate with the employees at this locatiin was a joke. Mumbling under a mask behind plexiglass with music blasting in a tin shed is a little less conducive for taking orders... My wife ordered 2 heat and I ordered 3, my wife's order was exponentially spicier. We went to a park to eat and there was only one fork, two wrapped napkins, but one fork.
First time the food was good but we ordered 2 different levels of the sauce on and both bowls showed you with the same sauce(including the red sauce from the 7 on my bowl that was spicy level 1 sauce.
Tonight we ordered through door dash again at 8. After 20 minutes of “processing” the order Your restaurant canceled the order guess they didn’t want to make more food an hour before they closed.
Expect online orders to take more time than estimated. They also might be out of stuff so you'll have to switch orders when you get there. Food is ok; I ended up having to get their fried chicken instead, and it was half way too hard and crunchy. I suppose it's cheap(?) at least?
Good food with Japanese, Korean and Mexican food. 3 different menus. I bought this street taco for $2. It is a 4 inch taco. One gulp and it’s gone! I know street tacos are generally smaller, but you should have seen it before I added onions. It just didn’t add up to $2 in my opinion. That’s my reasoning for the 4 star rating. At least give me a regular size taco.
Food was absolutely delicious. You can't go wrong with a place that has Korean, Japanese and Mexican all in one place. Staff is friendly and service is quite quick even when they are busy.
