Great staff and delicious food. I appreciate that they stay open late!
The team is fantastic at this Jersey Mike’s! We come here often!
I haven’t been to a fast food restaurant since my 82 year old sugar daddy husband died but going here reminded me how much I love it. Excellent service and great food. Ben made my sandwich with care. All the employees were so nice and attentive. I will definitely be going here again with my next husband.
We ordered two sandwiches on the app today and went to go pick them up. Once I got there, I went to the counter and the guy cutting the meat ask for the name of my order. He said they were making the order. This was a good start....then it went bad. As I am sitting next to the drink machines, two families come in and I am still waiting for my order. They completed one pick-up order that was not mine and then they started helping the customers. Kind of weird that the meat slicer and sandwich maker employees don't work the register. Some girl and some guy that came from the back were the ones working the register. Seems inefficient. Anyways, I am still waiting on my order and both families sandwiches were complete and they eventually paid. Then I noticed the meat slicer and sandwich maker employees were not actively making any other orders. That's when I stood up went to the counter and that's when the meat slicer employee saw me and ask the girl to bag my sandwiches. YES, my sandwiches were sitting on the counter wrapped and ready to go...but just sitting on the counter for 15 mins. So, what happens to a sandwich with dressing that sits there...any guesses??? Yes, a very soggy sandwich. Bottom bread had many inedible pieces. May want to get the employees in sync with running take out orders and in-store customers on the same register so this does not happen again. Probably would be effective to create a separate register/counter for take out so these folks can focus on take out orders.
