MacCool's Public House

Everyone here is super nice! They are so kind every time! I always leave with a smile on my face. I was really doubtful of this place when I went the first time, but the food is delicious! I highly suggest venture outside of your comfort zone and get something you don’t think you would like.

They were indeed open for dine-in as of 6/11. It was our very first time here and the food and service were great! We had the lamb ribs for the appetizer, and the bison burger for an entree. They were both fantastic and great recommendations! I typically DO NOT enjoy lamb but the sauce was amazing. They also had a wide varieties of drinks from local breweries as well.

Got the Buffalo Shepherds Pie, and it was super good. It’s enough to feed two people or to have two meals, but leftovers are always a good thing. The atmosphere was great and the staff was super friendly and made it an awesome experience.

A+ I have visited Ireland a few times, this place does a good job with the food. I really like the atmosphere. For Utah I don't think you can find a better place for Irish food. We tried the Guinness Irish stew and the shepherd's pie for our first visit as well as the lamb rib appetizer. The ribs were not traditional Irish but delicious nonetheless. The shepherd's pie with fried eggs was outstanding. The Irish stew was wonderful with a really fine soda bread. They have a huge beer selection. I drove a half hour to get here and it was well worth it. I will make the trip again soon to try more menu items like their boxtys
