Burger King

This location has had some problems. BK is the only place I'll go for a spicy chicken sandwich - and this location does all right with that. 2 big issues: #1 if you are in lane 1 (on the left), chances are that several customers in lane 2 will order and move into the pick-up line before anyone takes your order - if at all. This is hugely frustrating! I wasted 35 minutes the other day while 7 cars from lane 2 moved on. I yelled into the mic, but never an answer! Without ordering, I finally got to the window and spoke with the manager. Her response? I don't hear lane 1 when lane 2 people order. Ya think? Then fix it! Problem #2: not enough syrup in the soda! A few times I've received nothing more than bubbly water. After complaining about it, and given another drink - nothing improved. Fix these issues and my rating will improve.

Had code for completing customer survey previously. Was not given a choice of sides but automatically assigned french fries. (I should have been given a choice of paying for one out of three or four entrees. But bought fries, trusting cashiers knowledge.) These small broken pieces of fry were cold because I had to go back to ask for catsup.

Was dining in the restaurant and there was no pump ketchup. I would believe that they should ask if you want ketchup or automatically put one or two in the bag.

When you order a meal the deduction given for your survey is not the full price of a Whopper, as lead to understand. But is the tiniest amount possible... charging you full price for the fries and drink and the savings on the combination meal is taken by the restaurant.

Unfun... particularly because my mother wanted a Whopper and we drove 15 minutes southwest, from Bountiful, to find her a Burger King.

Employee voice was upsettingly loud. Relieved when we left counter. Too bad she roamed from front door to restrooms 'conversing' steadily. Ouch especially for elderly with hearing aides.

One of the nicest restaurants I've been to in awhile. They have an amazing drink machine. They are very fast and efficient. Staff is very nice
