IHOP

This is my kids absolute favorite place to eat for our mommy daughter dates. The only sad thing is due to covid they have taken the items I usualy eat off the menu. We go at least 1-5 times a month.

Came in and was told a 5-10minute wait. After waiting 20 minutes we were seated. They took our order and about 15 minutes later came back and asked if we were ready to order.....they completely forgot our order. 1 hour later still no food.... I asked if they forgot and she lied saying it was just really busy. 2 groups that came after us got their food already and left. Edit: they paid our meal off that was $30. I appreciate them taking responsibility.

Corner of the building with plenty of parking outside and plenty of room inside. The food was good and people were friendly. It took a while for the food to come out, but I had plenty of coffee and the waitress checked on me often.

I love a good old marketing campaign and I love the fact they call their burgers pancakes...what I don’t love is that they aren’t always consistent from one restaurant to the next. My order at each one is pretty much the same. I always stick with the Cupcake Pancake combo but the eggs are never cooked the same, the amount of toppings on the pancakes varies from location to location, and the hash browns are too greasy. My suggestions, substitute the hash browns with the red potato pepper and onion hash.
