All of the bagels looked SO GOOD. This was my first experience and will be back. All the employees were so nice. Prices are affordable! 12 pack for $12 and 6pack for $7.50. My amounts arnt exact, but its along those lines! I think I might become a bagel every morning person after coming here. We ordered the all-nighter and the bacon/avo/tomato ones, and it got us hooked! The bagel was so soft and yummy. The cheese on top, crisp perfectly. Come here! Side note-- they have doggie bagels!”

“I frequent SIPS because it is my neighborhood coffee place, and I would have given then a 5 star review since they opened, but lately they have slid into the territory of "just okay". I have been a fan of their vanilla or coconut cream cold brew, and also the flavored lattes. It must be that their current team does not know how to prepare or flavor them. What's the point of ordering and paying for extra flavor shots if the beverage doesn't taste like it's flavored at all? SIPS, please train your team on how to properly measure flavors for all beverage sizes. If I order a 12 oz, or a 24 oz, it should be equally delicious no matter what size, iced or hot. You are making a good profit off my 24oz order, so please make the extra cost worth it. I'm not paying for the extra ounces for nothing but extra ice and unflavored coffee. And speaking of the cold brew coffee, if I come by in the afternoon, it tastes more like iced coffee than cold brew. Again, I'm paying extra for the mellow, rich flavor of cold brew. What I've been getting lately is more like regular, bitter iced coffee. If all you have available is iced coffee, please just tell me and let me decide what I would rather have. ALSO when you offer a reward program, make sure your employees offer to take my number every time. I should not have to ask them if they are going to take my number. It would also be nice if you would give me the option of redeeming my discount right away, or saving it for another time. I will still continue to be a loyal customer, but I want to give this review so you can have feedback that will help make your customers more happy.”

“‘When the cat’s away, the mice will play.’ Anytime mom is gone the boys and I hit up ‘Old McDonald’s’. Our son loves to go and it has become our thing. The boys go for the Happy Meals and I go for the Coke. I probably lose a little credibility for giving McDonalds 5 Stars but for as much as my boys love going there and for as much as I love the Coke I have a hard time giving it any less.”
