    I love all the people at Nourish!
    Yoga Tuesdays 8:05am and 7:05pm, Ayurvedic Massage Wednesdays… These are my personal favorites! Foot-zone, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, healthy foods, herbs, smoothies, and more!

    Elizabeth (Trinity Massage) is by far the best and most intuitive massage therapist I’ve been to. Her attention to detail, inviting aura, and passion to heal have made me a client for life!

    I am amazed and thankful for their service. I miss my big healthfood market in orem. I was bummed because when I moved to such a small town, that I'd have nowhere to go for my herbs/supplements.
    This little business carried a great variety, and are always willing to order anything I've needed. They are knowledgeable and great at recommendations.

    Kind of a little hidden gem. Great smoothie and a good variety of health products. Really impressed with the selection, especially excited they carry Homeopathic Remedies. I also saw some amazing tea's.
    You can also take a yoga class, get a chiropractic adjustment, foot zone, massage and more.
