    The room was clean and very roomy lots of space for two people! Nice accommodations. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful and we had a great stay.
    The cabins and rooms are clean and spacious with everything you need. GREAT food in the restaurant and the store.Convenient access to Skyline Drive. Dana Lynn took care of us for everything we needed.

    Jared was very kind and accommodating when I made a mistake with my reservation—thank you! Everyone we met was friendly and helpful and we had a great stay. We stayed in a new king cabin. It was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

    The rooms are spacious and beautiful. OMG ...the mattresses were so comfy! Area is quiet, a lot of services at the lodge, the food is awesome. Staff were very nice and helpful.

    We stayed at the new cabins and absolutely loved them. They were clean, cool, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area!

    We had an amazing time at Big Mountain Lodge. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are big. Very nice and clean. Had a little bit of a hard time with the cold water. Brought it to their attention and they came and fixed it right away. It started again, but we didn't say anything until we were checking out. They were very appreciative that we mentioned it. Very appologetic as well. We will certainly be back! 4.5 would be more appropriate!
