Dewey's Restaurant and Bar

We went with the entire family, they made up a huge table and we had a great time. The food was so dang good. The food was 5 Stars. the wait for food is why the 4 Star . I got the Steak fettuccine with asparagus and mushrooms. it was awesome. my son got the kids Mac and cheese! and I would be surprised if any child could eat all the meal. but everyone was super happy with the food. just wish the kids food would have come out earlier so the kids started eating first.

Overall very nice place for a few beers and some pub food. The atmosphere was very local and friendly. The server was very tentative.

I didn’t give a five star mainly because the dish we ordered was a bit disappointing.

We ordered nachos with pulled pork and shrimp fajita salad. The salad was pretty good but can’t really say about the nachos. The chips were soggy and three cheese was barely melted. The pulled pork was also lack of favor.

The drinks we ordered were excellent. Russian mule came in the proper copper glassware and the Jimmy‘S IPA was good too!

I really hope the nachos were just a onetime oversight in the kitchen. Otherwise a pub without a proper nachos is like a diner without a proper milkshake!

The name Dewey has great history as you will find in the, Our Story photo. Lorna was an amazing server who smiles a lot. Had the House Made Meatloaf ( nothing short of spectacular) with Mushrooms, brown gravy, steamed veggies and mashed potatoes. Wife had the Salmon dinner which was cooked to perfection. I washed it all down with a Cutthroat Pale Ale. Fantastic Chicken wings for those who enjoy a great wing!

This place is pretty nice. The interior is very stylish, modern. It is quite loud inside, though, because there were a lot of big groups during our visit, and the sound isolation is minimal. The food was pretty good. The fish was okay, and the meatloaf was great. The waitress was one of the friendliest we have ever encountered. Overall, we had a great time at this location.
