First of all, parking is a little tricky, good for walking, nice big trees, but lots of traffic for vehicles, no room. Also, a few more picnic tables would also be good, only saw one. FOOD: I ordered 2 sandwiches and some meat for my dog. If you are watching carbs, I would skip the massive bun they serve and stick to the delicious BBQ, brisket was fantastic! Yummy but we got no coleslaw, which I thought would come with it, but maybe not. Would have been better with real potato french fries, than chips and perhaps I will get a to-go menu and read the add ons, when we go back because even though it was a little expensive for local people like myself, it was delicious and will go back during not so busy time. Maybe advertise that food is cold so it won't be a shock to people, lol, my food cold? duh but yeah, coleslaw should be ice cold, as well as the drinks, sauce in a cup on side...IF you are travelling with it. People were super nice and I hope they make it. We had NO BBQ place prior, good luck to you, and appreciate local discount! Also they use local businesses for their meat, and desserts---keep up good work.
Quality of the food was good, but after getting my meal, we drove 10 minutes up to my campsite on sand flats recreation area, the food was cold.
Small place, but the service and food were great! I had the brisket dog that’s slathered in pulled pork and both meats were delicious! It’s a little out of the way from the main drag, but worth a visit.
Food tasted great. My brisket dog was delicious. Husband had the nachos which were skimpy on the pork but also delicious. Friendly service just a few blocks away from the crowds on Main Street.
