Hidden Cuisine

Spent two days visiting the Arches National Park and needed a good breakfast spot in the area. We picked this place because of the great reviews and boy did this place exceed our expectations. The food was so fresh & so good - we came 2 days in a row! The service was fantastic, the atmosphere relaxed and the fresh squeezed juices were👌Great local shop ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would recommend this place if you are a healthy eater! You can order fresh juices, which i really enjoyed being an avid morning juicer! The quinoa salad was very delicious! My other half really enjoyed their cheese steak sandwich! They have steak fries instead of shoestring fries which I really enjoy as well. If you give this place a try you have to take a look at the pottery mugs/cups the owner makes. I had to get one on the way out 🙂 This place is a must revisit for us when we travel back through Moab!

Delicious food and excellent service - no less than 5 star for overall experience. We went for breakfast, the server Colin was very friendly and professional, explaining the menu and checking on us periodically. Definitely one of the best restaurants in this area with an amazing view!

This place was AWESOME!! Hidden gem of Moab! We got up early and hiked and we were starving when we finally arrived at Hidden Cuisine. The mimosas were delicious! And the food was incredible!!! Don’t think twice, JUST GO!

This place is truly a hidden gem. The ingredients looked & tasted fresh. The dishes were tasty & large portions. We had the spinach salad, veggie egg Benedict, scrambled egg w/sausage crepes. Our waitress, Misty, was great. Check out the photos.
