Tried their smoky turkey panini and it was fantastic. Only thing is that the prices are a bit on the higher side. Highly recommended.
The Papichi sandwich was delicious! I think it was perfect when topped with a bite of the house-made pickles. As you can tell from the picture, the sandwich was packed!
The Pinch Me smoothie was creative and refreshing! On the juice to smoothie scale, it leaned more toward juice. I would have liked it a bit thicker, but the flavor was 10/10.
I discovered the Food Truck Park only on my penultimate day in Moab and that is regrettable! Visited Panini Plus two days in a row for lunch. I can honestly say the smoked turkey panini was the finest I ever ate. Prepared freshly to order it was quite outstanding. Day 2 I had exactly the same! Go, whatever else you do in Moab go to the Park and enjoy a panini.
Stopped by as wanted to try the Moab Food Truck Park. I wish I had room to eat as the food items sounded delicious and received good reviews, but just finished having lunch. To wash my food down, just ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. Lady working the truck was very friendly and helpful. Before I could find a table, my smoothie was already ready. Smoothie was delicious and could tell they used fresh fruits. Was a nice mix of the two fruits and had a nice consistency. If the smoothie was an example, then will try some of their food options the next time I'm back.
