Das Nest owners catered a dinner meal for 34 in Springdale, Utah. Three dishes from Mexico, Korea, and France were featured. A great salad and yummy desserts were included. Great tasting food! Highly recommend these wonderful people - great food!
This place is ha-whacky in a great way. They offer a very unique experience by doing weekly menus from around the world with well executed results. I'm especially fond of their Ramen. I'm also fond of how they've adapted to the pandemic, and hope that when things return to normal, they're able find a more permanent location that treats them well. Keep up the good work, You Nesty Champions!
First-time diner. Great food and wonderful story! Four chefs (who have "day jobs" during the week) have reinvented a previously-closed "arcade cafe" into a space where they showcase a rotating international menu every Friday and Saturday evening. Reservation required, as is a sense of adventure ("Where is it? Is that the place? Really?") All four chefs checked on us and shared their vision and passion for following your dreams, no matter your age. One started culinary school at 44. Bravo, brave dream catchers! When in Cedar City on a Friday or Saturday night, show these non-establishment souls some love. I mean, haven't we had enough of celebrity chefs and their overconfident food?
One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Menu changes weekly. We experienced a Finnish menu. Inexpensive for the value. Leave room for dessert.
Amazing regional traditional food! Staff is very friendly and hospitable. Atmosphere of staying to sit and visit. Best restaurant I've been to in southern Utah. Can't wait til they move into their permanent location. Thanks for an incredible meal!
