The Pizza Cart

Traveling through the area. Found this place online. Called to order for pickup. The young lady was so super friendly. I was told that it would be just over an hour.When I arrived, early, they were just starting my order. Apparently, when they give a time it is exact, so that you get your order still hot EXACTLY when they promised it would be ready.
Both pizzas were excellent! My wife got a veggie lovers, which includes cucumbers.
We had never had cucumbers on a pizza. But, she really enjoyed it.

Quality in everything they do and my taste buds appreciated it! Will definitely be back. More gluten free options would be nice and maybe something more to choose from than just standard fountain drinks. Gelato is amazing! You can't go wrong with this place.

Pizza was very good as well as atmosphere. Service was good but only 1 girl seemed to be interested in guests. Others did there jobs but didn't take initiative to anything else. Just from my experience as a former owner of a small restaurant. Nothing really bad to say.

Loved the raspberry pecan salad! It was loaded with fresh raspberries and a mild feta. The berry vinaigrette was a perfect compliment. We also shared a sausage mushroom pizza. It was good but something was missing for me.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant is well done featuring the wood fired oven.

Best place for pizza in Southern Utah!

I have eaten here probably a dozen times. It really is delicious. It's locally owned and operated by great people. The toppings are high quality, and there is something about the crust when it's cooked fresh in a pizza oven.
