The TAJ - Indian Restaurant

Excellent food, really good prices, and a quiet romantic atmosphere. Had a great dinner. We will definitely be back again and again. Wife said "this is the best Indian food I've ever had". Really glad we found this place!

Amazing food! The naans especially were the best we have had in U.S. The service and vibe was nice too! Will definitely come back for some comforting Indian food while hiking around Utah!

One suggestion would be to put up the restaurant's board in a more visible area- like at the entrance of that complex or in front of the restaurant. It took us some time to figure out that that building was the restaurant as we did not see any board around it.

Great takeout option. The menu is slightly different than most Indian restaurants and we loved the new items we tried. The Samosa Chloe Chaat was delightful. Unfortunately they were out of the Butter Chicken Roll appetizer. What a great concept though and I can’t wait to try it next time. Nice to have more than one option for Indian food in town. It was a perfect choice for dinner.

It's set back behind a strip mall in what looks like a private home from outside. I knew I was at the right place because I could smell the spices. When you walk in, it smells amazing!! The food tasted as good as the restaurant smells! Really cute decor, sort of like a mashup of an Indian restaurant and a coffee shop! Very nice and attentive waitress. I've been craving Indian food for months, wasn't near a restaurant, though. So when we found this place on our travels, I almost didn't care if it would be good or not. But this place exceeded all my expectations and hopes!

I was super excited to see this restaurant open in cedar! It’s pretty new so I’m cutting slack on a few things and definitely want to come back and try it again. It took about 50 minutes to get our food, and there was only 2 other tables full, but the food was very good. The chicken and lamb were delicious. The rice was a little cold but had good flavor. We also tried the cheese and garlic naan which was amazing. 10/10 food, 4/10 on waiting for so long.
