“Passed through on a road trip and stopped here. There's a drive through but it was pretty backed up so we dined in. Honestly it was the best Costs Vida salad I've ever had. I'm pretty sure the employees were new (is this place new?) because they weren't as fast as usual and I could tell it was because they were trying to figure out how much was the right amount of each ingredient. Luckily, they seemed to err on the side of extra so it was the most loaded up salad I've ever had. It was amazing! UPDATE: Here I am over a year later, and I can honestly say my experience was exactly the same as my initial review!”

“Stopped in for the first time. Atmosphere was inviting. The staff were friendly and took their time to allow us to make a decision based on the best menu. The food came out fast and hot. I enjoyed my meal. One in our group said the Verde sauce was not what he was used to but still said he was good. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for Mexican food while in the Cedar city Utah area.”

“Great service, huge portion sizes, good prices and all the food I've eaten is amazing and delicious. I like the variety of menu options, always have a hard time deciding what to order If they have the prime rib, GET IT! The prime rib cut is huge and it's delicious and comes very reasonably priced. Last time I got prime rib, it was less expensive and a bigger cut than another steakhouse in town. I believe the prime rib is from locally sourced beef.”
