Top's City Cafe

Had the most delicious ham fried rice and sweet and sour pork there 2 nights ago...I drove by and saw the sign lit up and it was open so I went there immediately to get something for dinner!

Thr food was delicious, and the portions are great. Was a little bummed out when we asked for water and they said they didn't have ice. Other than that great place to eat.

It's okay if you're in Delta and craving Chinese food. But I definitely wouldn't make this a regular eating place. The portions are small for the cost. Ordered chicken fried rice last visit and was hardly any chicken in the entree.

Excellent food. Great people. My husband is gluten intolerant and if he orders the none breaded entrees he doesn’t have any problems. We order the entrees with the white steamed rice. Large portions and always have enough to take home for another meal.

Ended up here the week after they opened and it was extremely busy. I noticed they are still looking for help and it's a small town, so I only have my star rating based on food and not customer experience. Overall, though, service wasn't bad. Just slow and disorganized--something I hope they will figure out over the next few weeks.

The menu is Chinese, which is a great addition to Delta and should do pretty well with no competition and a great location. I had sesame chicken and my wife had sweet and sour pork. Each was very good and the flavor was up there with any other restaurant. Lo mein was made with flat noodles and was a bit sticky, which is something this white person is not used to. But again, it tasted good.

The whole time, we kept reminding ourselves that it's a brand new, understaffed restaurant in a small town. So we're making a point to return in a couple months to see how they progress in their service.
