Aubergine Kitchen DRAPER

I love the dream salad with cheese bread so much. It’s my go-to. This location all the employees were so kind. Even when it’s was empty all of them were still working as good employees. I loved seeing that and felt so welcomed to come eat my salad.

Love this place! This was my first visit to the Draper location. It was just as delicious as the Lehi location that I usually go to.

The food was amazing, I’ve order to-go more then I’d like to admit. And typically am missing food or sides, it’s always something. But I’ve yet to experience that here. They are so on top of it!

Can’t wait to go back!

I recently visited Aubergine Restaurant and was impressed by its fast-casual concept. The restaurant had a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere, perfect for a quick yet satisfying meal. The service was efficient, ensuring minimal waiting time. The menu featured a variety of flavorful dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients. Overall, Aubergine Restaurant offers a great fast-casual dining option, making it a convenient and enjoyable choice for a quick bite.

Aubergine has great food that is healthy, flavorful, and fresh. After eating you feel full but not gross like after eating greasy fast food. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because today I had to wait about 10 minutes for my salad, and they didn’t explain why it took that long, rather than just making my salad in line like they usually do. They also added red onions even though I asked them not to.

For years I have said I don't like curry because when I was a kid my mom made a curry chicken dish that I really didn't like. So I haven't ever tried any other curry dishes since. My sister convinced me to try Aubergine Kitchen and I am definitely going to go back. I had the Thai bowl, which usually has tofu, but I traded it out for chicken. It had a delicious coconut curry sauce that had just the right kick. I'm not a fan of spicy but this I could handle. She got a Spicy Chicken dish, so I didn't try it. She said it was pretty good, but did like mine a little better. Mine had a lot more veggies and was a bit more exciting. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. So glad I decided to give it a try.
