I am giving an all star rating because first of all it’s so hard to find a bakery which makes eggless cakes in Utah and on top of that they have wide variety. I ordered a 10 inch vegan chocolate cake with ganache and everyone loved it. Please do try this place even if you are not looking for vegan or gluten free items. The staff is super friendly, I ordered it via phone and person on the phone helped me so much. I really know very things about baking and frosting and fillings in the cake.

Dense, rich, delicious vegan chocolate cake. Helped me out for my mom's birthday on short notice. They had the cake I wanted already there, I was lucky, a custom cake needs a 72 hour lead time for orders.

We ordered 2 exquisite birthday cakes and they were amazing! Non GF vegans couldn't believe it! My boyfriend said it's literally the best cake he's ever tasted. ?

We go here because my wife has celiac disease so I can only speak to the gluten free products. My wife has yet to have issues from eating their baked goods so props to them for their preparation!

We’ve had their cakes, donuts, cupcakes and cookies. If you are getting gluten free products I’d recommend going for the cookies. If you do go for a cake or a cupcake I’d make sure to get one with some sort of filling as we’ve found the cakes to be a bit dry.

However the cookies are perfect! I honestly can’t tell the difference between the gluten free cookies and a regular gluten cookie.

I think they have great treats. The cookies are moist and awesome. Chocolate and carrot cake are great. My husband liked the BBQ lunch. Haven't tried everything. I wish they had more options, but I'm just so grateful to have a place that offers vegan options. It's hard to make money doing that so thank you City Cakes.
